  • Buyers are eligible for a 12.5% discount
  • The down payment is only 25%
  • The remaining balance will be financed at fixed rate of 5.9%, and carried for seven years.
  • The payments will be based on a 15-year amortization schedule.
  • At the end of the seven-year term, a balloon payment of the outstanding principle will be due.
  • Title will be transferred after the balloon payment is made.
