See what the lifestyle here at Rancho Santana is really like; just sit back and absorb the ambiance. You can swim, go riding, hike…or just relax at the pool and enjoy the seaside restaurant or bar. There will be no sales pressure or sales pitches.

Just get to the airport in Managua on January 6, and Rancho Santana will take over from there. First, you’ll head to Granada, where you’ll see why this colonial treasure has been drawing people for years.

Then after a relaxing dinner and evening in Granada, the group will head off to Rancho Santana on January 7, where you’ll experience three full days of the best that the southern Pacific coast has to offer.

On January 10, we’ll get you back to the airport to be on your way home.

You can join this inspection trip for just $299 per person, or $499 per couple. This figure is well below the trip’s actual cost, in order to facilitate your site inspection. If you ultimately purchase any property at Rancho Santana, this fee will be refunded.

All lodging and meals are included, as well as a city tour in Granada.
