Playa Serena sits on one of Panama’s most desirable stretches of beach between Panama City and Coronado. In fact, you can see Coronado’s bay and beaches from the Playa Serena site.

Delivery of West Tower condos is slated for December of 2009. A $3,000 deposit holds your unit for 30 days, when the balance of your 10% down-payment is due. You’ll owe another 10% when construction of the West Tower begins in December 2007, and another 10% six months after construction starts. The final 70% is due when your occupancy permit is issued.
Maintenance fees at Playa Serena are scheduled at just $150 per month. Plans include a dedicated property management office, and a parking place is included for every condo.
This is an excellent chance to cash in and save on some very desirable beachfront property. And if sales of the East Tower at Playa Serena are any indication, these remaining West Tower units won’t last long.
