So what’s the catch?
There isn’t one. All you have to do is book your flight to the closest airport (which gets hundreds of international flights each day; including flights from many low-cost carriers). But on this Pacific coast, your real estate dollar goes a long way.

This small community (with 90 homes and plans for 90 condos) sits right alongside a pretty curve of soft sand. The homes sit on low cliffs at either end of the beach… and the cliffs in turn stretch back to pristine forests, providing panoramic views along the coast.
