An Elite Community…a Dreamy Caribbean Resort…and Affordable Beach Homes

Wednesday, August 03, 2011

Dear Reader,

July’s best property deals included a brand-new, spacious home on Ecuador’s coast for $115,000 …a three-night all-inclusive stay for just $180 at a dream Caribbean resort, with a great real estate opportunity to check out while you’re there…and an elite beachfront community with a wealth of amenities that remains surprisingly affordable.

Read on to discover more.

Italy, California…or a Bit of Both?

The rolling hills and thick forests bathed in the afternoon sun look a lot like Tuscany. The dark-blue ocean, with white-capped surf rolling up on silky-sand beaches reminds many visitors of southern California. Yet you’ll find both of these landscapes in one gorgeous setting…without the crowds.

With 2700 acres, residents in this elite community enjoy plenty of space to stretch out in and explore. You can hike or ride a horse along the nature trails that wind through the hills and forest. Or simply relax on one of the five beaches, each with its own character.

One beach with huge curling waves calls out for surfing. One with gorgeous rosy sand begs for a picnic. Another in a little sheltered cove makes a great spot for snorkeling and swimming.

Just one of the five beautiful beaches you can relax on….

Away from the beach, you can play tennis or basketball, or enjoy a poolside cocktail. You can retreat to the spa for a session of quiet pampering…or savor a gourmet meal at the clubhouse. You’ll unwind in this special place, and truly relax.

Homes in the community are just like the setting: stunning. They look like they should come with multi-million dollar price tags. Yet you can buy an ocean-view lot for $71,500. With construction running around $85 a square foot, a 2,000 square foot house, plus a pool…and that ocean-view lot…should come in around $250,000.

You can sample this private community…test-drive the beaches, the amenities, the views…meet some of the residents…and see the ocean-view lots for sale…for yourself. Go here to get more details.

Four Days at a Caribbean Resort for $180

Yes, you read that right. And the $180 is all-inclusive. It includes your accommodations, meals, drinks…and a transfer from the airport to the resort. It sounds like a bargain. And it is.

So what’s the catch?

There isn’t one. All you have to do is book your flight to the closest airport (which gets hundreds of international flights each day; including flights from many low-cost carriers). Oh, and check out a superb real estate opportunity…where you can own a home in this five-star Caribbean resort…for $800 a month.

Caribbean resort condos
Who wouldn’t want to own here?

Why would you want to own here? Well, you have a powder beach and the turquoise Caribbean Sea in the resort…a golf course…a spa, gym and swimming pools…plus bars, cafes and restaurants.

Venture outside the resort and you have shopping, buzzing nightlife, reserves and parks close at hand. You’re just over an hour from the international airport…which is close to the U.S. (an hour and 40 minutes from Miami…two hours 18 minutes from Houston).

You should get both strong price appreciation, and a good rental yield (if you can bear to rent it out, that is).

Thanks to a developer financing package, you can own here for a payment of just $800 per month. (For now, at least. This financing only applies on 18 more units…and with some reservations already underway, this financing will be off the table shortly.) You simply won’t find Caribbean homes in a five-star resort like this for that price anywhere else.

Brand-new, 1800 Square Foot Beach Home…for $115,000

Sounds good, doesn’t it? And these homes look great, too. With open-plan styling, and plenty of living space, it’s hard to believe that you get so much for your money.

These beach homes are modern, spacious and open-plan

But on this Pacific coast, your real estate dollar goes a long way.

And at this price, it’s hard to believe that you’d get a home not only with ocean views, but also this close to the beach. This small community (with 90 homes and plans for 90 condos) sits right alongside a pretty curve of soft sand. The homes sit on low cliffs at either end of the beach… and the cliffs in turn stretch back to pristine forests, providing panoramic views along the coast.

Real estate prices are low here because this place was tough to get to. But a new coastal highway, a new bridge spanning a wide bay, and road upgrades have opened it up recently…to business, to vacationers, and to property shoppers.

We don’t expect these low prices to last long.

Contact the developer here for a full information package.

July’s deals are all pretty tempting. But don’t wait too long before you choose the one that you want….deals like these get snapped up fast!

Pathfinder is in the business of recommending a wide range of real estate and relocation services from developers and lawyers to real estate agents and tax specialists, to name but a few. Pathfinder requires developers to meet basic criteria before bringing them to you. However, any vetting we do on projects or professionals should not be construed as a guarantee by Pathfinder. Remember, the value of your real estate purchase can go down as well as up; there are no guarantees that property values will rise.

As with any other overseas trip, we advise that you purchase travel insurance. We always recommend strongly that buyers perform their own complete due diligence, use a qualified legal professional to help with real estate transactions and purchase title insurance.
