Dear Reader,
This June 3rd-5th, I host International Living’s International Real Estate Investment Forum in Toronto. I’ll be joined by 23 of the world’s top international real estate experts. These folks are my trusted colleagues and confidants. They are top-tier advisors in international real estate, finance, currencies, law, real estate development, and more…people you should be on first name terms with.
Kicking off with cocktails on the evening of June 3rd, we’ll spend the following two days improving your portfolio. It will be fun but very focused. We’ll follow my three-step approach:
-We’ll analyze markets and global trends to identify places that offer the most upside potential. We won’t just analyze by country or state. We’ll literally home in on the best neighborhood or stretch of coast.
-Then we’ll break it down further. We’ll analyze investment strategies and pick the strategy/investment that will maximize our return on investment in this particular place.
-Finally, my developer partners will offer $7m in discounts exclusively to attendees. These will be off-market deals. You won’t see them advertised anywhere. You have to be on the ground in Toronto to get in on the action.
If you are serious about international real estate investment, you need to be in Toronto, June 3rd-5th, 2010.
It’s been 5 years since International Living hosted a program like this in North America. Last month, International Living’s Ultimate Event attracted 370 attendees to Quito. Our June event could have been bigger. It won’t be. I’ll only accept 120 attendees. I’ve put my foot down. The point of this event is not only that you hear the market analysis, and can get in on the deals, but also that you can network with my personal and professional panel of experts.
Experts like these guys could charge you $500 per hour while they decide if they want to take you on as a client or not. I wanted to make sure that you’d have full access to these guys. I wanted to make sure that from June 3rd-5th you can hang out with, and pick the brains of, these guys. You couldn’t do that at a 400 or 500-person event. That’s why space is strictly limited to 120 attendees.
The schedule will help facilitate networking. When we aren’t in main sessions, we’ll break out into small informal workshop groups. We’ll have lunch, coffee and cocktails in the evening together.
We’ll work hard but it will also be fun. The people I’ll introduce you to aren’t just A+ at what they do. They’re also great fun to hang out with. Moreover, Toronto is a great city to visit—and June is the best time of year to visit. Our meetings will be held in the heart of the entertainment district. It will be memorable.
The 120 spaces will be allocated on a first come, first served basis when registration officially opens.
I want to make sure you don’t miss out and that you get the best price possible. I can only guarantee a discount and a seat to the folks who act first when registration opens.
That’s why we’re creating a First-in-Line List, here.
You just put in your email address on that page. Then, I’ll send you a special link that’ll give you a sneak preview of the details and a chance to reserve a seat in your name, before we “officially” open registration for this event on Wednesday, March 31st.
That way, you can take your time reviewing the details and decide if you want to grab one of the limited number of spots, without feeling pressured.
International Living has more than 400,000 readers, and with only 120 seats available, odds are they’ll go fast when we “open the doors” at 2:00 pm on Wednesday March 31st.
So, if you want to make sure you have first dibs at a seat, just put yourself on the First-in-Line List and I’ll send you the details in advance. You’ll have an opportunity to register early and also save $200.
There’s no commitment. As I said, this will simply give you a sneak peek at this special deal—before we let most International Living readers see it. And it means you’ll have a fighting chance to get a spot in the room—with a $200 discount.

P.S. If you are serious about international real estate, this is an event you don’t want to miss. These 120 places will fill up fast. Make sure you are on the list to get a sneak preview. I hope you can join me in Toronto!
