I hosted International Living's International Real Estate Investment Forum in Toronto in June. The event was a huge success. Attendees snapped up some killer deals...deals that were not advertised to the general public. The event sold out very quickly. Only those on a First-in-Line list got a seat. I know some of you were disappointed, but we simply couldn't take any more registrations. Don't worry. If you missed out in June, here's the second chance you've been waiting for.
This September 13th-15th, International Living's International Real Estate Investment Forum takes place in Las Vegas. Again, I'm your host for the event. And once again, I'll be joined by 23 of the world's top international real estate experts. These folks are my trusted colleagues and confidants. They are top-tier advisors in international real estate, finance, currencies, law, real estate development, and more...people you should be on first name terms with.
Kicking off with cocktails on the evening of September 13th, we'll spend the following two days improving your portfolio. It will be fun but very focused. We'll follow my three-step approach:
-We'll analyze markets and global trends to identify places that offer the most upside potential. We won't just analyze by country or state. We'll literally home in on the best neighborhood or stretch of coast.
-Then we'll break it down further. We'll analyze investment strategies and pick the strategy/investment that will maximize our return on investment in this particular place.
-Finally, my developer partners will offer $7m in discounts exclusively to attendees. These will be off-market deals. You won't see them advertised anywhere. You have to be on the ground in Las Vegas to get in on the action.

Our June event could have been bigger--but we only accepted 150 attendees. And the Vegas event will have a limit, too, of 120. The point of this event is not only that you hear the market analysis, and can get in on the deals, but also that you can network with my personal and professional panel of experts.
Experts like these guys could charge you $500 per hour while they decide if they want to take you on as a client or not. I want to make sure that you'll have full access to these guys. I want to make sure that you can hang out with, and pick the brains of, these guys. You couldn't do that at a 400 or 500-person event. That's why space is strictly limited to 120 attendees.
The schedule will help facilitate networking. When we aren't in main sessions, we'll break out into small informal workshop groups. We'll have lunch, coffee and cocktails in the evening together.
We'll work hard but it will also be fun. The people I'll introduce you to aren't just A+ at what they do. They're also great fun to hang out with. Moreover, Las Vegas is always a fun city to visit...
