Dear Reader,
The best deals of November include a beach lot for less than $40,000…a four-day trip in a gorgeous beach resort for $180…and a Caribbean island home for $155,000 – in a location that’s now easier to get to.
Read on to discover three offers you won’t want to miss out on.
A Beach Lot for Less than $40,000

It’s a charming beach town with a great beach, and lots from $39,993
This beach town is only thirty minutes from an international airport, and a city with three million people. It’s a hidden gem - charming and chic. It’s special in many ways. Locals still fish from small wooden boats, and repair their nets on the beach. Kids kick footballs on the sand, dancing around the ball, and celebrating each goal. It’s peaceful and relaxed here.
But it’s also fun and energetic. This tiny dot on the map is famous for kite-surfing, which brings a steady stream of adventure tourists to the town. Local fishermen’s cottages now sit next to Italian restaurants, kite surfing schools, boutique hotels and trendy bars. A five-star luxury hotel opened recently, where guests sip exotic cocktails by the swimming pool…and pay up to $600 a night for the privilege.
Residential and resort developers have big plans for this sleepy beach town. It’s becoming a hip destination, but it’s holding on to its authentic, laid-back roots. And while property prices continue to rise, you can find bargains. One beachfront community has lots from 72,000 reals ($39,933).
The infrastructure is in and the grounds beautifully landscaped. Many luxury homes are complete and under construction. You can enjoy the social area, swimming pool and tennis courts. Plus, you’re only steps from a long stretch of dazzling white sand, dotted with palms, and the warm ocean. It doesn’t get much better than this…

Four Days in a Five-Star Resort for $180

See for yourself…is this place as good as it looks?
You won’t believe how postcard-perfect this place is. Your feet sink softly into the powder sand beaches underfoot. The neon-bright turquoise sea shades from crystal-clear at the shore to the deepest blue on the horizon. Schools of tropical fish dart through the coral reef…baby turtles take their first shuffling steps to the sea under a moonlit sky …and a family of raccoon-like coatis, ringed tails held high, greets you as you take an early morning stroll.
This place is a little slice of paradise. And it’s a paradise where you can savor gourmet meals…chill out with a soothing massage…or dance the night away. Anything’s possible. Moreover, this place is closer than you think –and very easy to get to.
For only $180, you get four nights and three days in a five-star resort with a pretty beach, golf course, gym, spa and a choice of restaurants and entertainment.
You’ll see the sights…explore the beaches…and check out options to own in the resort, including condos with easy financing from $950 a month.
Just book your flight…and then sit back and enjoy.
A Caribbean Island Home for $155,000
A Caribbean island home for this price is a good deal. But what’s more exciting in this market is the new road…
I know that doesn’t sound sexy. New roads don’t pack the same visual punch as dreamy beaches or panoramic mountain views.

Not as sexy as a gorgeous beach –but hugely important for property buyers
But they’re hugely important. It’s all about access. It starts with a beautiful location that’s affordable – only because it’s tough to get to. Then a new road comes in. More tourists come here, like what they see, and want to spend more time here. That brings in developers…building hotels, condos and houses…to cater to that new market. Property prices go up…
Las Terrenas in the Dominican Republic is all swaying palm trees, sandy beaches and sparkling seas. It’s a place for swinging in a hammock, soaking up the sun, and enjoying a gourmet meal. It’s low-key, chic, and captivating.
And it’s now easier to get to, with the opening of the new Atlantic Boulevard road on October 25th.
Today, Las Terrenas is a highly affordable location. But who knows how long that will last with this new access…
For example, a 120 square meter (1291 square feet) condo, with a spacious terrace that opens onto the community’s nicely landscaped gardens and swimming pool. It’s a 50 meter walk to the beach.
You can use an on-site property management team to rent the condo when you’re away. High season occupancy in the community is close to 100%. The condo is fully furnished and equipped. And the asking price? It’s $155,000.
I love spending time in Las Terrenas. But I never enjoyed the long, uncomfortable ride to get here. With the new road, the trip’s a breeze.

That’s three unbeatable offers in three stunning locations. They won’t stay around for long. Make sure you don’t miss out – contact the real estate agent or developer today to secure your piece of paradise.
