I know that doesn’t sound sexy. New roads don’t pack the same visual punch as dreamy beaches or panoramic mountain views.
Not as sexy as a gorgeous beach –but hugely important for property buyers
But they’re hugely important. It’s all about access. It starts with a beautiful location that’s affordable – only because it’s tough to get to. Then a new road comes in. More tourists come here, like what they see, and want to spend more time here. That brings in developers…building hotels, condos and houses…to cater to that new market. Property prices go up…
