Dear Reader,
Rancho Santana is Nicaragua’s premier beachfront community. In fact, it’s the one of the finest communities you’ll find along the Pacific Coast of the Americas.
Last year was a big year at Rancho Santana. They updated the clubhouse. Construction began on the Seagate Condos…and later in the year, they delivered the first units. They invested a seven-figure sum in heavy machinery, and established an onsite construction team to make the construction process as seamless as possible for homeowners. The resort was buzzing with homeowners and visitors.
2009 was Rancho Santana’s most successful year ever in sales. They had their best year ever while most struggled. When times are tough, the cream rises to the top!
This year sees another “game changing” year for Rancho Santana. Phase 1 of the Seagate Condos has been delivered. All but six of them are sold.
This is the big project for 2010….a new clubhouse at Rancho Santana.
As I write, the developer is making final tweaks to the architectural plans (click here to see the design for the new clubhouse). Construction will begin in the coming months, with delivery slated for late spring next year. Views will be optimized by the large terrace that wraps around the clubhouse. The indoor bar and lounge area, with Spanish-style arches, will make the perfect spot for watching Santana’s spectacular fiery-red ocean sunsets, over dinner and drinks. The restaurant will make the most of quality, locally-sourced ingredients. The conference centre will hold seventy-five people.
I know and trust the developer. Rancho Santana is backed by International Living’s parent company. Investors and home owners include International Living’s founder Bill Bonner and his top executives. They spend as much time here as their schedules allow. They have the resources to follow through on their commitment.
In fact, they want to spend more time here. So do the group’s publishers. That’s why a conference centre has been included in the plans for the new clubhouse. The conference centre will facilitate groups of up to 75 people for seminars and retreats. Publishers will use this facility for internal brainstorming sessions and for retreats with their VIP members.
The rental market here is already strong. Year round conferences will give the rental market another boost. Before the Seagate condos were delivered, Rancho Santana didn’t have enough beds to facilitate groups like this.
According to the Forbes 2009 Retirement Guide, “Rancho Santana is simply stunning”. If you’ve been reading these dispatches, you didn’t need Forbes to tell you this. You’ve been hearing it from me (and International Living) for years now. Point is: the world is catching on. With good cause.
Along Nicaragua’s southern Pacific coast, known as the Pacific Riviera, you’ll find rocky outcrops and pounding surf. You’ll find white-sand beaches perfect for swimming. Although frequently compared to the coast of Southern California, this doesn’t do Nicaragua’s Pacific coast justice in my mind. It’s much more dramatically beautiful.
This is a place you need to visit…and maybe stay…
I’ve reprinted Lee Harrison’s report on the Seagate condos here. Believe me: this place is stunning. If you think the Seagate Condos at Rancho Santana is for you, I strongly urge you to act today. You can save up to $56,409, and take advantage of low-cost financing. The six remaining units should sell fast.
These units aren’t cheap. If you have a limited budget, you should look elsewhere. They do however represent some of the finest value on any Pacific coast. Read on…
