This June 9th-11th, I host our International Real Estate Investment Forum in Toronto. I’ll be joined by 23 of the world’s top international real estate experts. These folks are my trusted colleagues and confidants. They are top-tier advisors in international real estate, finance, currencies, law, real estate development, and more…people you should be on first name terms with.
Kicking off with cocktails on the evening of June 9th, we’ll spend the following two days improving your portfolio. It will be fun but very focused. We’ll follow my three-step approach:
-We’ll analyze markets and global trends to identify places that offer the most upside potential. We won’t just analyze by country or state. We’ll literally home in on the best neighborhood or stretch of coast.
-Then we’ll break it down further. We’ll analyze investment strategies and pick the strategy/investment that will maximize our return on investment in this particular place.
-Finally, my developer partners will offer $7m in discounts exclusively to attendees. These will be off-market deals. You have to be on the ground in Toronto to get in on the action.

Experts like these guys could charge you $500 per hour while they decide if they want to take you on as a client or not. I wanted to make sure that you’d have full access to these guys. I wanted to make sure that from June 9th-11th you can hang out with, and pick the brains of, these guys. You couldn’t do that at a 400 or 500-person event. That’s why space is strictly limited to 200 attendees.
The schedule will help facilitate networking. When we aren’t in main sessions, we’ll break out into small informal workshop groups. We’ll have lunch, coffee and cocktails in the evening together.
We’ll work hard but it will also be fun. The people I’ll introduce you to aren’t just A+ at what they do. They’re also great fun to hang out with. Moreover, Toronto is a great city to visit—and June is the best time of year to visit. Our meetings will be held in the heart of the entertainment district. It will be memorable.
