Wednesday, February 01, 2012

Dear Reader,

The best deals of January include 1.25 acre lots from $45,000…a boardwalk condo in Ecuador for $80,000…and newly-released resort condos on Mexico’s gorgeous Caribbean coast with excellent developer financing.

Read on to discover three offers you won’t want to miss out on.

1.25 acre lots from $45,000 – until February 15th

residential communities
The model home in this new residential community

This section of Pacific coast is a popular day trip destination for locals who come here to relax on sandy beaches. The hills and mountains that surround the coast see a handful of tourists from the nearby cruise ship port. But it’s completely off the radar for foreign tourists and property buyers.

Right now, this location is overlooked, under developed, and undervalued. And that means low property prices.

That’s about to change, thanks to a major infrastructure upgrade. A new highway was completed in 2010, which cuts the drive time from the country’s capital to this location in half.

Today, it’s easy to get to: You’re just over an hour from big-city shopping, nightlife, restaurants and hospitals. But you can enjoy peaceful country living, with mountains, forests and beaches on your doorstep.

The opening of the new highway kick-started development in this location. I’ve heard of several residential communities in the pipeline. But this one’s on its way to becoming a reality. The roads are almost finished in the first phase. The model home’s complete. But this project is still early-in, and their lot prices reflect that.

Mountain-view lots start from $50,000, and ocean view lots from $99,000. All the lots average 1.25 acres in size. There’s no build requirement, so you can sit on your lot for as long as you like.

The developer is offering a 10% discount on lot prices to Pathfinder readers until February 15th, 2012. That cuts the start price on a mountain-view lot to $45,000. It cuts the start price on ocean-view lots to $89,100.

And there’s financing available. Pay a third of the price down, and you can finance the remainder over two years, interest-free.

Boardwalk Condo for $80,000

beach condos
The condo, just across from this beach, costs $47 a square foot

Ecuador’s southern Pacific coast reminds many expats of Southern California. Just like California, Ecuador boasts long stretches of soft-sand beaches, washed by the deep blue Pacific Ocean. But there’s one major difference between the two locations: property prices.

On Ecuador’s Pacific coast, your real estate dollar buys a whole lot more. Take a look at this boardwalk condo. It’s a generous 1700 square feet, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. A sitting area in the master bedroom leads out onto a balcony. It comes with a private parking space. And its location is hard to beat. It’s just across the street from the beach, and it’s close to shopping, restaurants and cafes.

The condo needs some remodeling in the kitchen and bathrooms. But it’s a bargain at $80,000. That’s only $47 a square foot for a boardwalk city condo close to the beach.

A Caribbean Condo from $999 a Month

Caribbean condos
It’s the Caribbean’s Next Big Thing…

This Caribbean outpost is quietly transforming itself into the Next Big Thing. But there’s a window of opportunity open for now. You can still profit…

It’s stunning here. Turquoise seas lap up on powder-sand beaches. Everyone that visits wants to spend more time in this chic location. They can’t believe that this place isn’t better-known.

A government plan aims to triple the number of tourists to this destination. It’s already desirable here and that desirability will increase with the rise in tourist numbers. We can expect to see more hotels, more restaurants and cafes, and more residential communities.

But there’s hardly any land available for development. Bordered by the Caribbean Sea on one side, and with more than two million acres of protected land on the other, property is already scarce. With increased demand, it will command a premium.

Yet you can still buy premium properties in this premium setting without breaking the bank. These newly-released luxury condos start from $182,000. Pathfinder readers can take advantage of a 5% discount on the purchase price until March 15, 2012. That cuts the start price on units to $172,900.

And developer financing means you can spread the cost and make monthly payments of as little as $999.

Contact the developer here for more information on the condos in the new phase.

That’s three unbeatable offers in three stunning locations. They won’t stay around for long. Make sure you don’t miss out – contact the real estate agent or developer today to secure your piece of paradise.
