Wish this was your front yard? You may have the finance to buy your dream property overseas—and just not know about it. Let me show you how…

Dear Reader,

Do you believe in this bounce? Sure, some of the agony of opening your retirement account statement has eased…but where to from here? Who knows! One thing is for sure: now might be the perfect opportunity to diversify some of your IRA funds out of US markets.

As part of our Twelve Days of Christmas giveaway, today we are including a link to a free report on using your IRA to fund your overseas property purchases.

As a U.S. citizen, you can use your IRA or other self-directed retirement account to buy international real estate.

You can own any kind of real estate this way. This includes everything from raw land and office buildings in Brazil to single-family homes and condos in Ecuador…as long as the investment complies with some straightforward rules that outline what you can and cannot do.

Your bank or broker may have told you that you can’t do this…even that the IRS will come knocking on your door if you do. They are wrong. In fact, the IRS is very flexible once your IRA is “self-directed” and you don’t work with a custodian who imposes his own investment restrictions.

You can buy and flip properties within your IRA, generate rental income, and you can even use your IRA to buy an option on a property or piece of land.

There are, however, some rules and steps that you need to follow to be compliant. Larry Grossman was one of the first financial advisors in the US to develop a compliant method for clients taking IRAs and pension plans offshore for asset protection and investment diversification.

Larry’s produced a report based on his years of experience in this field, which you can download free http://www.pathfinderinternational.net/IRAReport.pdf. This is valuable information. Larry gives you the real skinny on what you can and can’t do. Read his report here: http://www.pathfinderinternational.net/IRAReport.pdf.
