Your Last Chance to Buy Resort Condos for $800 a Month

Friday, July 22, 2011

Dear Reader,

As a reader of these dispatches, you will have heard about the Tao project near Tulum on the southern edge of Mexico’s Riviera Maya. Here, you can buy a condo with monthly payments of $800. This is a strong deal (I’ll remind you why I think this is a good opportunity in a minute). The developer finance makes it even better. And more accessible if you want to spread your cash around a bit. Finance in Mexico can be difficult to get…and expensive. With this developer finance deal you have no forms to fill in and no hoops to jump through.

Just tell the developer you want it.

But this window of opportunity is set to close shortly. Developer Benjamin Beja can only offer 100 units with this developer financing. Eighty-two sales with developer financing have closed as of today. There are additional reservations that are closing by the day.

So, I expect this finance offer will be full in a matter of weeks. The developer may offer some financing in the future…he may not. Either way, the terms won’t be so good. To lock down a unit at today’s terms contact Cathy here.

Meantime, let me remind you why I consider this to be a strong opportunity.

Tulum is located at the southern edge of Mexico’s Riviera Maya. The best beaches in Mexico are here. This is an area rich in nature and culture. The Tao project is close to Tulum and within the upscale Gran Bahia Principe resort. The appreciation potential of the Tao project is strong.

The white sand beaches are Mexico’s finest. You can find beaches that compare. But you will probably have to go to a remote South Pacific or Caribbean outpost and pay well into seven figures.

The infrastructure in the Gran Bahia is already in. $100 million has been invested to date to get the resort looking the way it does today.

Tulum can’t sprawl south along the coast. The protected Sian Ka’an biosphere now covers more than two million acres. That limits the amount of land available for residential and resort development.

Finally, once developed the concept and amenities at Tao will add a unique dimension. Ground has broken on The Tao Center. This will be the focal point of the community. You will be able to stretch or do yoga on glass platforms looking down to ancient caverns. You can stay fit in the gym or by swimming in the lap pools that will weave their way through this complex. In the evenings, you can learn salsa and the traditions of the ancient Maya with your friends and neighbors.

Creating this type of community isn’t easy. You don’t just plant a “for sale” sign on your land and start selling lots. You need a place of outstanding natural beauty and prime cultural importance. You need the people to design and deliver the experience.

You need First World infrastructure to get you there and keep you connected. Benjamin has assembled an all-star team to pull it off.

And this is an area where a government plan calls for the increase of tourism numbers from three million to eleven million by 2025. That’s a lot of demand from renters. You should have a lot of prospective customers to rent or sell your unit on to.

You will hear about this project again in these alerts. But, I expect the finance deal will be off the table in a matter of weeks.

Cathy is standing by to send you a full information package.

P.S The total purchase price for the entry level condo is $167,000. While this window is still open the developer is offering finance starting from only $800 a month. Contact Cathy here today to lock down your unit with these strong financing terms.
