Rancho Monterey

Rancho Monterey is just a ten-minute walk from the pueblo of Caterina, Nicaragua, and its famous “Mirador” which hosts twelve restaurants and clubs overlooking Lake Apoyo. Water and electricity are already installed to the lots, and a club house with a pool and cabanas are in the plans.

And, because the international airport in Managua is only 40 minutes away, going back and forth between Rancho Monterey and North America is easy.

But, then, once you experience the breathtaking views here – the cobalt-blue waters of Lake Apoyo… the lush green cloud forests covering the hillsides… and, off in the distance, majestic Mombacho kissing the sky – you may never want to leave.

Now, the lots in Rancho Monterey are already quite affordable, with several selling right now for only $75,000 – that’s before the discount. And all have picture postcard views of Lake Apoyo, nearby Granada, and the breathtaking tree-covered slopes of Mombacho.

Fifteen of the development’s twenty-two lots are still available, one with a 1620-square-foot home that is under construction.
