Who We Are
We are Pangaea Ltd, trading as Pathfinder, Woodlock House, Carrick Road, Portlaw, Waterford, Ireland. This sets out what you can expect from us when you sign up to attend The Gathering.
- Your Reservation
Whether you book alone or as a couple, we will deal with the lead booking name in all subsequent correspondence, including changes, amendments, and cancellations. When you place your reservation, you will receive a “thank you” e-mail confirming receipt of your reservation request. Once your reservation is processed, we will send you confirmation by e-mail. You will also get periodic updates as The Gathering draws closer.
- The Price You Pay
All prices we advertise are accurate at the date published, and once you have booked and paid in full, we will not increase the price.
- If We Cancel Your Booking
We aim to provide The Gathering as booked. But if, for example, there are not enough people booked, we may have to cancel it. We reserve the right to cancel the conference in any circumstances.
If for any reason beyond Pangaea Ltd.’s reasonable control (including but not limited to strikes; labor disputes; acts, regulations or orders of governmental authorities; civil disorder; disasters; acts of terrorism: acts of war; acts of God; fires; flood or other emergency conditions; any delay in necessary and essential repairs of any accommodations, curtailment of transportation such that attendees cannot arrive at The Gathering, or other occurrence making it impossible or illegal for Pangaea Ltd. to perform its obligations), such non-performance is excused and Pangaea Ltd. terminates its obligation to perform without further liability of any nature.
Parties acknowledge and agree that if The Gathering is canceled by Pangaea Ltd, in their sole discretion, Pangaea Ltd. shall not be responsible in any manner to customer for any loss, expense or additional costs that may be incurred by customer from booked lodging and travel. Pangaea Ltd. strongly recommends the customer purchase travel insurance to cover any potential losses due to a canceled Gathering.
- If You Cancel Your Booking
If you want to cancel your booking, you must advise us in writing to reta@pathfinderinternational.net. If you cancel your booking, you will be entitled to a refund of the fee paid less any applicable cancellation charges, as below:
Cancellation Policy
- Cancel now through August 15, 2018 – full refund.
- Cancel on or after August 16, 2018 until the start of the conference – no refund.
- Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that you obtain adequate travel insurance from a reputable provider prior to your departure. Travel insurance may assist you if you are sick or injured while abroad and may also cover costs incurred because of cancellations or delays. You should remember, however, that your insurance may not be valid if you are traveling to a country where the State Department has advised against travel.
- Conduct While at The Gathering
We encourage attendees to network and enjoy The Gathering in a relaxed atmosphere. However, we ask that during sessions you do not disturb attendees by speaking loudly or using your cell phone. Attendees should not solicit business from other attendees in a manner that might affect other attendees’ enjoyment of The Gathering. If we believe that you are affecting the enjoyment of others, we reserve the right to remove you from The Gathering.
- Video Recordings
We may video record presentations and proceedings at The Gathering, and make them available via our website, emails, and/or Real Estate Trend Alerts alerts. By completing your reservation for this Gathering, you are agreeing to be included in these recordings.
